After the book was first published there were many requests for a DVD that people could use at home to do a simple yoga routine everyday. 'Firstly I'd like to thank you for making your fantastic DVD Yoga to beat Fatigue. I have ME and had got to a stage of utter despair lying on the sofa in pain all day.
