Fiona Agombar specialises in teaching live online yoga for all fatigue conditions. This includes CFS/ME, exhaustion from stress and post-Covid19 fatigue. Fiona uses mantra, breathwork and very gentle movements to create space to ground and soothe the nervous system so that energy can flow more effectively. What they are saying about Yoga Therapy for Stress, Burnout and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome
‘I suffered from complete burnout a few years ago, and spent a few months in bed unable to do anything much. I wish I’d had Fiona’s book back then. I’m fully on board with her recommendations for mindful gentle healing, and I hope this book helps you to re-energise and recover.’– Tony Wrighton, Sky Sports presenter, author and host of Zestology podcast
‘Fiona writes with humility, wisdom, and much common sense about how yoga can help these conditions, which are so prevalent. A carefully laid out and thorough guide, covering theory and a broad range of practices, this should be an essential component of any yoga teacher’s toolkit – but is also totally accessible to non-teachers.’ – Elizabeth Stanley, Director of Yogacampus
