In the heart of Wordsworth country, come and celebrate the autumn season at the beautiful Glenthorne retreat where you will be nourished with lovely food, gentle yoga and stunning countryside.

In this retreat we will be looking at the philosophy and wisdom from Yoga which shows us that our true nature is always peaceful and happy. Fiona will also be teaching techniques such as pranayama, mediation, relaxation together with hatha yoga.

Lake District Beat Fatigue with Yoga

A gentle Energy Yoga course which is designed to both relax the body whilst also increasing energy. Fiona’s teaching focuses on developing potential for full health. Energy Yoga uses awareness of breath and self-observation as a bridge to awaken subtle energies (prana), which balance and strengthen the whole body whilst yoga postures (asanas) and gentle moving sequences open, stretch and release tension.
