You are invited to join restful, live yoga classes from the comfort of your own home. Designed to soothe the nervous system, these one-hour classes promote peace and vitality and help to manage fatigue, breathing problems and anxiety. Running twice weekly via Zoom (Mondays 11 am and Wednesdays 6 pm UK time), Fiona shares healthy breathing to undo poor breathing patterns, deep relaxation, mantra, very gentle movement and meditation. The yoga is trauma informed, meaning everything is a choice and participants are always in charge of how they practice. Rest is encouraged! You are guided to make a healing connection with your body through grounding, somatic and restorative movement as all systems are safely held, restored and nurtured. A sense of wellbeing and safety arise through acceptance of the current experience as you journey towards cultivating self-compassion, awareness and kindness to self.
The classes are primarily designed for those who have profound exhaustion from ME/CFS, burnout, fibromyalgia, long-COVID and Lyme but anyone who is stressed, anxious, or who has a chronic health condition – or who would just like some deep relaxation will find the classes helpful.
Classes are payable by donation. Please use the contact form for further details
and to register.
“With your gentle voice I drifted in and out of sleep during the class but by the end my body had reset and I was no longer in adrenaline mode and managed a good night’s sleep. I was in a far better place to be able to deal with the various situations the following day, so thank you.
Often if people are unable to physically do a class they do not attend. Zoom classes have now made it possible to ‘attend’ even if it is in PJ’s and bed and still get the benefit of a class without having to to anything other than be present. Many thanks Fiona.”

“I have really enjoyed your Monday yoga class. I’d forgotten how much I loved your classes. I felt really grounded after your class this week. Thought it may not be so effective doing it from home but it was great. Loved the chanting. I even got the hang of using Zoom. Thank you for your nurturing class.”

“Just a quick email to say thank you so much for all the yoga classes over the past few months. I had post viral fatigue since having covid in May and your classes really helped me to relax and rest properly and I’m sure they contributed to my recovery.”

Testimonials for online yoga classes

“Before and after BP and pulse readings: mid-morning and then after Fiona’s class. The results speak for themselves. My lungs still feel “clean” from the breathing!”
Andie Chandler
“It was wonderful….it flowed beautifully, lovely mix of asanas, pranayama, chanting and shavasana. It’s like having a mini holiday in my home. Thanks so very much.”
Caroline Lever
“Thank you Fiona, that was lovely. I felt the most relaxed I have felt in weeks.”
Anne Middleton
“The two practices I have taken part in were just beautiful. Such simplicity and depth at the same time, and intelligently constructed vinyasa. Your yoga and life experience are very evident behind the practices.”
Andrea Newman
“I love the very gentle pace of the class and for me its perfect as I can join in and lay out as required but I also feel a part of it. Most classes are too strong, with too much movement for me, but this feels very nourishing and relaxing. I also really love the chanting and find it grounding.”
