“Thank you so much for this retreat – it was wonderful. I loved every minute of it!!! So please, please do another one before too long.” Sarah B

“Thank you so, so much for the wonderful half-day retreat today. It was brilliant. I’d love it if you hosted another one in a couple of months!” Hannah B

“It was just beautiful and suited me perfectly in being able to take time out on my sofa and listen to the class. First time I have been able to participate in a 3 hour yoga retreat since going down with ME/CFS 7 years ago. A real gift.” Hilary S

“Thank you both so much for the wonderful retreat last Saturday. I really enjoyed it and felt very calm and grounded by the end. The advice about listening to our own body I took on board and sat out a section I felt wasn’t right for me on the day. I am looking forward to repeating some of the exercises with the recordings. I always love receiving recordings from Zoom as I gain more insights the second time around.” Tina

“I love the very gentle pace of the class and for me its perfect as I can join in and lay out as required but I also feel a part of it. Most classes are too strong, with too much movement for me, but this feels very nourishing and relaxing. I also really love the chanting and find it grounding.”
