Online Yoga Retreat with Fiona Agombar and Leah Barnett – 19th September 2020

Online yoga retreat with Fiona Agombar

Following the success of our half-day online yoga retreat with Fiona Agombar and Leah Barnett in July, we will be running another retreat in on 19th September 2020. Come and be pampered via Zoom (a free to download app for Apple/PC/Android) and enjoy techniques that will deeply restore, nourish and harmonise your nervous system. There will be lots of breaks and delicious relaxation as well as gentle, somatic movement. The online yoga retreat will be suitable for all abilities, including those with CFS/ME, fatigue conditions and post-Covid19 fatigue.

The cost is £20, or a special £15 early bird price if you book before Sunday 6th September.  Please email Fiona to register and with any questions. On receipt of payment, you will be sent the Zoom link ready to join us for the retreat. We look forward to welcoming you!

“I love the very gentle pace of the class and for me its perfect as I can join in and lay out as required but I also feel a part of it. Most classes are too strong, with too much movement for me, but this feels very nourishing and relaxing. I also really love the chanting and find it grounding.”
