Transition To Recovery - 11 am GMT/BST Wednesday
(see below for more details)
New Wednesday morning class
Transition To Recovery is a new class on Wednesday mornings at 11 am BST/GMT. Like the Monday class this is payable by donation.
The class offers very gentle yoga poses suitable for those who have conditions such as ME/CFS and Long Covid but are recovering enough to be able to do some gentle movement to build up some strength. These will include some back and core strengthening, balances and joint freeing sequences. You will be encouraged to rest between activity and to pace, so as to avoid PEM (Post Exertion Malaise/relapse).
There will also be breath work and mindful rest. At all times, you will be encouraged to only do what is right for you, to listen in to your body and to pace.

Wondering what a session is like?
If you’d like to try a recorded session before attending a live one, you can find them on my YouTube channel (and remember to subscribe!).
All sessions are grounded in supporting you to reconnect with your physical body through mindful movement and breathwork. By quieting the mind, you can begin to recognise your true essence, beyond our ever-changing thoughts and emotions.
When you register you’ll also receive details of how to join my optional private Facebook group.
It’s a chance to meet others, chat, and come together as a community. It’s also a good place to post feedback and questions.
